Cover looks really good, just the odd small crease along the edge / spines. Still has old price tag on back.  Includes original uncensored printed inner sleeve with naked lady.  Printed inner sleeve showing some creases.

Under bright light, record is showing just a few light hairline scratches that don't effect playback.
