This fresh pressing was crafted on a customized late-model Neumann VMS80 lathe with fully restored electronics, using 192kHz transfers from the original Trident Studios master tapes without extra processing. Cut at half speed by John Webber at AIR Studios, this album marked David Bowie’s breakthrough, gaining timeless status and influencing artists from Arcade Fire to Lady Gaga, while leaving its mark on fashion and popular culture worldwide.
